COURSE MAP APP, SCORECARD PENCIL & CHALK BAG
[ ] Offline Course App
[ ] Wooden Mini Pencils
[ ] Rosin Friction Bag

  • Offline Course App: the owner's spec. Check that the app lets you download the course and keep scores without a signal.
  • Wooden Mini Pencils: write when wet and need no battery. Carry a sharpener or a spare.
  • Rosin Friction Bag: the owner's name for a grip bag. Rosin helps hands grip, but check that your course allows it.
  1. Plan for no signal. Download the course and the map before you leave. Phone service can drop in parks and woods, and a battery can die.
  2. Heads up, eyes on the fairway. Do not read the app while you throw. Check the map, then look up and clear the landing zone.
  3. Tell someone where you are. If you play alone or in a remote park, tell a friend where you are and when you expect to be done.

Gear types only.

  • Disc golf course map or scoring app that works offline
  • Small pencils and a waterproof card
  • Rosin or chalk grip bag
  • Wild Dirt stickers for your bag or scorecard holder (stickers category)

Course layouts, out-of-bounds rules and fees differ by course. Check current local rules on the tee sign, the park or course site. For official scoring and rules, see the PDGA at pdga.com.

Know the hole, keep the score and enjoy the walk. Built by explorers, for off-grid fairways.
