FOLDING CAMP CHAIRS & SEALABLE TRASH PACK-OUT TOTE
[ ] Packable Quad Chairs
[ ] Heavy Duty Utility Tote
[ ] Scent-Proof Trash Liner

  • Packable Quad Chairs: a four-leg chair that folds into a bag. Check the weight rating on the label.
  • Heavy Duty Utility Tote: pick one that is easy to wipe clean and closes tightly.
  • Scent-Proof Trash Liner: "scent-proof" is the maker's claim. In bear country, follow the park's food storage rules and do not rely on the liner alone.
  1. Use chairs as designed. Set them on flat, firm ground, keep within the weight rating and keep fingers clear of the folding joints.
  2. Close the lid. Food smells draw animals to your site. Keep trash sealed and stored as the park directs.
  3. Pack it all out. Plan for your trash to leave with you. Many places have few or no bins. See lnt.org for the Leave No Trace principles.

Gear types only.

  • Packable quad chairs with a carry bag
  • Heavy-duty utility tote with a lid
  • Scent-proof or odor-blocking trash liners
  • Wild Dirt stickers for your tote or chair bag (stickers category)

Rules on trash, bear-proof storage and food handling vary by park and land manager. Check current local rules with nps.gov, fs.usda.gov, blm.gov or your state park site.

Take a seat, enjoy the view and carry out everything you carried in. Built by explorers, for leaving places better.
