Wild Dirt is bringing emerging outdoor stories to life
Wild Dirt is partnering with Outdoor Retailer through the 2026 Wild Reach Creator Program, which connects outdoor brands with creators who bring their products, stories, and missions to life.
Wild Reach, powered by Popfly, places a curated group of outdoor creators directly on the show floor during Outdoor Retailer, taking place August 19–21, 2026, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Wild Dirt will produce authentic photos, videos, and social content while meeting founders, testing Wild Dirt’s brand approach, and discovering new ideas across the outdoor industry.
For Wild Dirt, the partnership is a natural extension of our mission to inspire people to build a more meaningful relationship with the outdoors. Throughout the show, Wild Dirt will highlight innovative gear, responsibly made products, conservation organizations, and the people working to make outdoor recreation more accessible and engaging.
A major focus of Outdoor Retailer 2026 will be independent and emerging brands. The new Garage Grown Gear and Founded Outdoors Pavilion will feature up to 100 retail-ready companies, giving buyers, creators, and outdoor enthusiasts an opportunity to discover products that may not yet be available through large retailers.
Wild Dirt plans to meet with brands before and during the show, visit their booths, and share the stories behind their products. Wild Dirt will also explore opportunities for continued photography, user-generated content, product testing, and storytelling after the event.
Through Wild Reach, Wild Dirt will help bring the energy of Outdoor Retailer beyond the convention center, connecting new outdoor brands with the people who may use, support, and believe in what they are building.
